Job summary

Solugenix is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer in India to design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React/TypeScript and NestJS on AWS Lambda. The role emphasizes serverless architectures, PostgreSQL data modeling, and integration with Kafka streams for real-time processing.

The candidate will work across the stack, collaborating on API design, data governance, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong React/TypeScript and Node.js/NestJS experience.
• PostgreSQL experience including SQL, schema changes, tuning and data validation.
• 2+ years of production AWS experience; serverless delivery emphasized.
• Kafka or similar event-streaming experience; production replatform/modernization exposure.
• Ability to reverse-engineer undocumented legacy behaviour and translate into code/tests.
• Daily working fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or equivalent AI-assisted tools.

Description:

• Frontend: React + TypeScript.
• Backend / API: NestJS / Node.js on AWS Lambda behind regional REST API Gateway with Amazon Cognito authorizer.
• Application data: Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL Multi-AZ; 10 schemas; read replica for reporting and exports. Full historical reconciliation is required.
• Streaming: Apache Kafka on Amazon MSK.
• Identity / security: Microsoft Entra ID -> SAML -> Amazon Cognito; Secrets Manager, Parameter Store and KMS; NAT Gateway for outbound egress.
• Observability: Datadog and Amazon CloudWatch.
• Integrations: Oracle ERP (integration endpoint only), Deposco, SharePoint, SendGrid, and Fivetran CDC into Snowflake.

Must Have & Desired Skills:

• 6+ years professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong React/TypeScript and Node.js/Nest JS (or comparable backend) experience.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience including SQL, schema changes, tuning and data validation.
• 2+ years meaningful production AWS experience; serverless delivery strongly emphasized.
• Hands-on Kafka or comparable event-streaming experience. Experience participating in a production replatform, modernization or system-conversion initiative.
• Ability to independently reverse-engineer undocumented legacy behaviour and translate it into code/tests.
• Daily working fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or equivalent AI-assisted engineering tools.

Prefferred:

• Mendix or low-code migration exposure. AWS certification and Terraform experience.
• Wholesale/auction/retail/inventory domain experience.
• Experience with ERP, fulfillment, Snowflake/CDC or enterprise integration ecosystems.
