Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems: 3-tier and Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems
• Design specifications and effort estimates
• Support configuration management of code and software
• Support detailed documentation of systems and features
• Act as liaison between external vendors and internal teams (product, business, engineering)
• Participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Extensive fullstack experience, with emphasis on frontend & backend programming, ideally 3+ years
• Strong technical leadership and project delivery experience, including via vendors
• Experience in Software Design/Architecture, Object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Python, PHP, Perl, etc.)
• Database concepts: Relational (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB, MongoDB)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOLID Principles, Design patterns, Web API, REST architecture
• Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, BDD
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular 6+)
• Configuration management tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Git)

Desirable Areas:

• Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Container technologies (Docker, etc.)
• Software methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum)
• Azure DevOps

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years as a fullstack developer
• Technical or professional certification in domain
