PW (PhysicsWallah) is seeking a Full-Time CA Final Faculty for IDT to deliver engaging CA Final instruction. You will create study materials, mentor students, and support exam strategy.

The role emphasizes online teaching, digital tools, and building a personal educator brand. The ideal candidate has Chartered Accountant credentials, 3–7 years of teaching experience (CA Final preferred), and strong Hindi/English communication.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant is required.
• 3–7 years of teaching experience (CA Final preferred).
• Experience mentoring students for exams is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong comfort with digital tools and online teaching platforms.
• Mentoring, motivating and inspiring learners for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and concept-driven classes for CA Final students, particularly for IDT
• Create and curate comprehensive study materials, lecture notes, and student-friendly resources aligned with CA Final exam standards.
• Provide academic mentoring, guidance, and exam strategy support to learners.
• Collaborate with the content and academic teams to improve course structure and learner outcomes.
• Build and foster student engagement through webinars.
• Actively leverage social media platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) to motivate, guide, and inspire learners with both academic and career-oriented content.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in CA syllabus, exam patterns, and student learning trends.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Experience

• Minimum 3-7 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in CA Final).
• Experience in mentoring students and preparing them for exams is highly desirable.

• Faculty members are expected to either:
