Role: Full Stack Web Developer Location: Hyderabad Engagement: Full time (in office work) Experience: 2+ years

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who’s equally comfortable wiring up a polished React front‑end as they are designing a clean, well‑structured backend API. Someone who takes pride in their code, communicates well with designers and clients, and genuinely enjoys solving problems through technology. If you’ve ever shipped an AI‑powered feature to real users, that’s a big plus.

What You’ll Do

Front-End Development

• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js or Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and production-ready components
• Optimise front‑end performance — Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, and rendering strategies

Back-End Development

• Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js / Express or Python FastAPI
• Architect and manage databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Supabase — with clean schema design
• Build secure authentication flows, role‑based access control, and third‑party API integrations

AI & Advanced Integrations

• Integrate AI and LLM APIs into web applications — chat interfaces, content generation tools, and intelligent search features
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party platforms: CRMs, payment gateways, marketing tools, and more

DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, Vercel, or DigitalOcean
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and basic cloud infrastructure setup
• Write clean, tested, well‑documented code that your teammates can confidently build on

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of full stack development experience, ideally in a digital agency or product company
• Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js on the front‑end and Node.js / Express or FastAPI on the back‑end
• Solid experience with both relational and non‑relational databases
• Familiarity with AI API integrations — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar — is a strong plus
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, Vercel, or comparable cloud platforms
• Comfortable with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative code review practices
• A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing real projects you’ve built and shipped
