RWI Technologies is seeking an Engineering Lead Full-Stack to drive MVP delivery at Pune, with a focus on secure, maintainable, and scalable software. The role will be hands-on and will include mentoring a second engineer, translating BRDs and ADRs into working software, and ensuring end-to-end quality.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in modern frontend/backend tech, SaaS deployment, and cloud practices to build a robust platform from an MVP to production-ready service.

Formación

• 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading hands-on full-stack delivery or architecture.
• Proven experience with production SaaS systems.
• Advanced TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React.
• Strong PostgreSQL, transactions, migrations, and relational data modelling.
• Strong security knowledge: authentication, RBAC/ABAC, tenant isolation, object-level authorization, secrets management, and OWASP API risks.
• Practical DDD, bounded contexts, events, projections, and data ownership.
• REST APIs, webhooks, queues, retries, idempotency, and provider adapters.
• Strong testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud deployment experience.
• Preferred experience includes licensing, legal-tech, identity, fintech, marketplaces, consent management, KYC, provenance, and AI/media integrations.
