Job summary

Citi’s Applications Development team in India seeks a senior Technology Lead Analyst to guide enterprise-scale application development, architecture, and delivery. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to implement new systems and improvements across platforms.

You will mentor mid-level developers, drive risk-aware decisions, and ensure policy compliance. The role emphasizes cloud-native development with OpenShift, microservices, and a 24x7 online banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years development experience.
• Domain Driven Design knowledge required.
• Redhat Openshift or equivalent cloud platform hands-on development experience required.
• Spring-boot microservices, Spring-Framework, Spring-Security, REST/JSON development experience required.
• Micro-frontend design and development experience using Node.js, Angular, React required.
• MongoDB distributed database experience required.
• CI/CD technology experience including GitHub Enterprise, Lightspeed, Release On Demand, SonarQube, COIN, Elastic Stack required
• Experience of working in Scaled Agile environment from PI Planning and continuous release/deployment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
