Job summary

YMinds.AI is seeking a skilled Full Stack + Gen AI Developer to join our Bengaluru team. You will build scalable web applications and AI-powered products, integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic AI workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, with hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI. You will work across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building scalable full-stack applications with hands-on feature development.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Hands-on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, embeddings, and agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, AWS services, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable full-stack applications using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.

Required Skills

• Full-Stack Development: 3-5 years of experience building scalable full-stack applications, with strong end-to-end feature development and software engineering fundamentals.
• Backend and API Development: Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, Python, and FastAPI, including building REST APIs, microservices, authentication, authorization, and third-party integrations.
• Generative AI Development: Practical experience developing Generative AI and LLM applications using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.
• Database, Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, data modelling, aggregation pipelines, AWS services such as S3 and Lambda, Docker, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Experience deploying and monitoring LLM applications in production.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products.
