mindZvue is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our AI-native Salesforce consultancy. You will build and ship modern web apps, design data layers, and integrate GenAI features across client ecosystems.

Hybrid work with Indore Pune locations, 4+ years experience required. This role sits at the intersection of web engineering, data, and LLMs, delivering SaaS products, internal AI platforms, and GenAI workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Experience with LLM APIs or GenAI frameworks — production features, internal tools, or serious side projects.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals — SQL, schema design, pipelines, and analytics data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build GenAI-powered features and Agentic workflows using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, tool use, and evaluation.
• Design and manage data layers — relational schemas (PostgreSQL/Supabase), data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics-ready models.
• Integrate with third-party systems — Salesforce, Slack, Make.com/workflow platforms, payment and email providers — through clean, well-documented APIs and webhooks.
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (SSO/OAuth, role-based access, data protection).
• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and leadership to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped, polished product.
• Contribute to engineering standards — code reviews, CI/CD, documentation, and reusable component libraries.

At mindZvue, our Full Stack Engineers build the products and platforms that power an AI-native consultancy — from SaaS products and internal AI platforms to GenAI solutions embedded in client ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of modern web engineering, data, and large language models: you'll ship features in the morning, wire up an LLM pipeline in the afternoon, and see it used by real users the same week.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications using React / Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript, deployed on modern cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
• Build GenAI-powered features and Agentic workflows using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, tool use, and evaluation.
• Design and manage data layers — relational schemas (PostgreSQL/Supabase), data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics-ready models.

• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted engineering as a core part of your workflow — and help push the boundaries of what AI-first development looks like.

• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and leadership to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped, polished product.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Demonstrable experience building with LLM APIs or GenAI frameworks — production features, internal tools, or serious side projects.
• Solid data engineering fundamentals — SQL, schema design, pipelines, and working with analytics data.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on skills in React / Next.js, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern CSS (Tailwind or similar).
• Experience with PostgreSQL / Supabase / MongoDB and at least one cloud platform (Vercel, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Practical understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns (MCP exposure is a plus).
• Familiarity with Python for data/AI workloads is a plus.
• Strong grasp of Git, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
