Job summary

TechNET is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, backend services, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices. Experience with AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of overall software development experience and hands-on full-stack engineering.
• Strong backend stack expertise in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) or Node.js (Express.js).
• Practical experience designing, building, consuming, and debugging REST APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals, including schema design and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficient in Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience with secure development, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration in teams.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, backend services, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in modern frontend development, backend API engineering, databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices. Experience integrating AI capabilities such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agentic workflows will be an advantage.

We welcome candidates with a strong backend specialization in either Python or Node.js, provided they have practical full-stack development experience and can work effectively across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python with FastAPI/Flask, or Node.js with Express.js.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, databases, authentication systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, schemas, data models, and application integrations.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or comparable cloud platforms.
• Work with containerization, orchestration, automated deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization, API validation, error handling, and application security best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean, modular, reusable code.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and contribute to monitoring, reliability, and operational support.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, cloud engineers, and data teams in an Agile environment.
• Where applicable, integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI agent workflows into enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of overall software development experience, with substantial hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one backend stack:
• Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django; or
• Node.js with Express.js.
• Practical experience designing, building, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals, including schema design, joins, query optimization, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployment practices.
• Experience with secure application development, debugging, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both Python and Node.js/Express.js.
• TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, PrimeVue, or similar component-based UI technologies.
• FastAPI, asynchronous programming, microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems.
• AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure as code, and blue-green or canary deployments.
• PostgreSQL, Redis, caching, and database performance tuning.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT, SSO, and enterprise identity providers.
• AI/GenAI technologies including LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and agentic AI patterns.
• Data integration, ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, Snowflake, or related data platforms.
• Automated testing tools, static analysis, observability, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications through development, deployment, and production operations.
