About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Node.js, coupled with proficiency in React.js for frontend development. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands‑on experience building scalable, high‑performing web applications and APIs, with added exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or serverless Cloud Functions.

Timings: 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm IST

Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) – 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Work with SQL, Postgres DB, MongoDB for data modeling, schema design, and optimized query performance.
• Develop highly responsive frontend applications using React.js, NextJS, Vue JS, Tailwind with reusable components and state management.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or serverless Cloud Functions ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across backend and frontend layers.>
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and unit/integration testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot (Java) for backend microservices.
• Expertise in Node.js for server‑side programming.
• Experience working with MongoDB (NoSQL), SQL, Postgres including aggregation, indexing, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration with front‑end applications.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Cloud Functions) for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
