The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, React/Angular, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud technologies, with a focus on scalable, reliable software engineering practices and SDLC compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with React.
• 7+ years of experience in Core Java and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency with Java 8/11/17 features.
• Strong understanding of data structures.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Knowledge of APIs: JPA, JTA, CDI.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle; Version control: Git.
• Exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini.
• Solid understanding of OO concepts and design patterns.

Full stack Java, React AI Engineer - As part of Navigator team, the AI engineer will work on to develop, enhance, and maintain platform services supporting control specific data preparation pipelines, back-end application components, and APIs integrations. The role will also contribute to platform modernization and cloud-aligned strategic initiatives. This role requires strong experience in Java, React, Angular development, API design, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices. The resource must be able to quickly integrate into an existing development team and contribute to strategic delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of Java micro serive projects and APIs.
• Development and enhancement of React application.
• Integration of controls onboarding and surveillance components across the platform.
• Design and implementation AI based capabilities in the project.
• Delivery of performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Support for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Resolution of application defects and production support issues.
• Delivery of technical documentation and adherence to SDLC and control standards.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Mandatory skills

• Overall 8 to 10 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with React
• 7+ Years of Experience developing in Core Java and Spring Framework
• Worked with the latest features of Java 8, 11, and 17 in Development
• Solid understanding of Data Structures
• Experience in Kafka or other messaging
• Knowledge of key APIs: JPA, JTA, CDI, etc
• Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns

• Containerization solutions (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
