Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS.

You will build RESTful APIs, implement responsive frontends with ReactJS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. 5–8 years of hands-on experience required; degree in CS/IT; strong OOP, design patterns, data structures, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and ReactJS.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
