Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Quarkus, and Spring.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using TypeScript and Lit.
• Develop and support containerized applications using Docker and deploy or troubleshoot them in Kubernetes environments.
• Design, document, and maintain API contracts using REST, GraphQL, and Swagger.
• Build and support asynchronous and event-driven integrations using Solace and related messaging patterns.
• Develop and optimize data access and persistence layers using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure applications are secure, observable, and production-ready.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust fullstack solutions across UI, service, integration, and data layers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and release support as part of the engineering lifecycle.
• Contribute to reusable components, engineering standards, and delivery practices that improve maintainability and consistency across teams.
• Support integration-heavy enterprise solutions where reliability, traceability, and compliance are important.
• Work closely with distributed teams in a collaborative delivery model with progressive ownership over time.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and support modern enterprise applications across backend services, APIs, event‑driven integrations, and web‑based user interfaces. This role will contribute to banking and digital platform solutions in a highly integrated environment, working across service development, frontend engineering, platform collaboration, and production‑ready delivery practices. You will work closely with global engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Quarkus, and Spring.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using TypeScript and Lit for responsive, maintainable user experiences.
• Develop and support containerized applications using Docker and deploy or troubleshoot them in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.
• Design, document, and maintain API contracts using REST, GraphQL, and Swagger.
• Build and support asynchronous and event‑driven integrations using Solace and related messaging patterns.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in fullstack software engineering within enterprise or product delivery environments.
• Strong backend development experience using Java, with hands‑on expertise in Quarkus and Spring.
• Solid frontend development experience using TypeScript and Lit.
• Experience building and consuming APIs using REST and GraphQL.
• Experience documenting and working with API specifications using Swagger.
• Strong understanding of containerized development using Docker and deployment or support experience in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.
• Experience working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with event‑driven or message‑based integration using Solace or similar messaging platforms.
• Good understanding of service design, system integration, and distributed application architecture.
• Experience with testing, code review, debugging, and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with integration‑heavy systems involving APIs, messaging, and multiple upstream or downstream dependencies.
• Exposure to secure application design, observability, production support, and operational readiness.
• Experience working closely with DevOps and platform teams in containerized and cloud‑enabled environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility, reusable frontend component design, and enterprise UI standards.
• Experience in globally distributed engineering teams and phased onboarding models.
