Job summary

Synthlane Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack/Backend Engineer to design and optimize scalable backend services using Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and React.js. You will collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to build data-driven applications and robust APIs, while focusing on production debugging and performance optimization.

You will design database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure reliable backend integrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with emphasis on backend development.
• Experience building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, indexing and query optimization.
• Frontend experience with React.js is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
• Ability to diagnose production issues across apps and databases.

We are looking for a Full Stack/Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React.js and production debugging.

You will work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to design reliable backend services, optimize database performance, build data pipelines, and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure.
