Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, ORM (Entity Framework), MVC architecture, and modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and mentor junior developers while delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, RESTful APIs, database design, and modern frontend technologies, with the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Angular (8+).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications following industry best practices.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications through code optimization and feature enhancements.

Database Development

• Design database schemas and develop stored procedures, functions, and queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Utilize Entity Framework for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and data access.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance to improve application efficiency.
• Ensure database integrity, security, and performance.

Software Engineering

• Perform software construction, unit testing, debugging, and code optimization.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility, effort estimates, and solution recommendations.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and architecture diagrams using Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, QA, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the integration of Generative AI capabilities into existing applications where applicable.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET web application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (8+) and TypeScript.
• Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with jQuery.
• Knowledge of Dependency Injection (IoC Containers).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience integrating AI or Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications is a plus.
