We are seeking a talented and versatile Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, high-performing web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying features that directly impact our business and provide a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications across the full stack.
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular.js.
• Build and maintain scalable, efficient server-side applications using Python or Java.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) leveraging core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle — from conception through deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software for performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep our tech stack modern and effective.

Primary Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• Front-end development expertise using Angular.js, including familiarity with Angular UI Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and PrimeNG.
• Strong backend development skills in Python (preferred) or Java.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Proficient with Python testing frameworks like Pytest.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in version control systems, specifically Git.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Secondary Skills

• Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
• Understanding of API Gateway and IAM roles in AWS.
• Comfortable participating in code reviews and pair programming.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup or product-driven environments.
