Job summary

Joveo is seeking a Software Engineer for New Initiatives AI Labs to architect and ship AI-powered growth stories. You’ll own greenfield AI products from whiteboard to production, and design lean cloud-native infrastructure on AWS while collaborating closely with leadership to steer strategic roadmaps.

You’ll drive end-to-end development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling of systems, and rapidly prototype AI experiments to push the boundaries of HR tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of developer experience building and scaling products
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Ability to translate CXO requirements into technical designs

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

• The Experience: 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You’ve built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.
