Job summary

Joveo AI Labs is seeking a Software Engineer who can lead from 0 to 1, turning ideas into scalable AI-powered products on AWS. You will shape the technical foundation and own the end-to-end development lifecycle.

You will work closely with CXOs, translating business needs into elegant architectures while experimenting rapidly with AI-driven features to drive growth and impact within the HR tech space.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience.
• Proficient with AWS services and cloud-native design.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech architectures.
• Experience collaborating with CXOs and leadership teams.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from idea to production.
• Architect and deploy lean, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Partner with CXOs to shape strategic technical roadmaps.
• Own full lifecycle from development to maintenance and scaling.
• Prototype rapidly, iterate, and validate AI-driven experiments.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer from 0 to 1: Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products. You’ll take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production-ready, scalable reality.
• Architect on AWS: Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure that is as lean as it is powerful. You own the stack, the scale, and the stability.
• Direct CXO Collaboration: Work as a technical thought partner to our leadership team. You aren't just taking requirements; you’re helping shape the strategic roadmap.
• The Full Lifecycle: You develop it, you ship it, you maintain it, and you scale it. You own the "Connective Tissue" between complex AI models and a seamless user experience.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments at a pace that would make most developers dizzy.

• The Experience: 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience. You’ve built, deployed, and scaled products that people actually use.
