Job summary

The role collaborates across Product, QA, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The position involves translating requirements into technical designs, evaluating AI integration options, and adhering to coding standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring technologies for backend services.

What You Can Expect

The Full Stack Engineer is a key member of the Software Application Development team, responsible for independently analyzing business requirements, defining technical solutions, and leading the design and implementation of scalable applications on cloud platforms. The Engineer will contribute to scoping and estimating work and provide technical leadership across both frontend and backend development. This role is responsible for ensuring solution quality, architectural and project compliance, and adherence to engineering standards while researching and adopting modern technologies to innovate, integrate, and continuously improve enterprise technology solutions.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)

Shift Timing - 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Own the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade full stack solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, Data, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and provide technical solutions for applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and modern front-end/back-end technologies.
• Partner with AI and Data Engineering teams to evaluate and integrate AI capabilities and data-driven solutions into applications.
• Follow established coding standards, design patterns but also suggest improvement for standards, testing, security, performance, and engineering best practices across solutions.
• Identify and implement architecture improvements, and independently troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

Your Background

• Proven software development experience with modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, ES6+, and TypeScript, with strong expertise in front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Framework and Spring Boot, for developing scalable enterprise backend services.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade APIs using REST, OData, and/or GraphQL, with hands-on experience with API Gateways, API policies, caching technologies such as Redis, and API lifecycle management.
• Proven experience containerizing applications using Docker and deploying applications across on-premises and cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Strong expertise in API architecture and design, API security, and integration patterns, including OAuth 2.0, mTLS, authentication/authorization, and secure API communication.
• Strong experience working with SQL-based relational databases, including database design, SQL development, performance optimization, and data access patterns.
• Ability to independently design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver software solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to IT, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
