Job summary

Healthify is building technology to help millions manage health via scalable consumer apps, backend systems, and AI-powered products. We seek a strong Full Stack Engineer with hands-on React, TypeScript, Python, and system design experience.

You’ll own features end-to-end—from translating designs in Figma to building scalable backend services and optimized production systems. You will design and develop APIs using Python/Django/FastAPI, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, and integrate AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on frontend and backend development experience.
• Experience with Python and Django or FastAPI in production.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, HTTP, networking, caching, and system design.
• Experience building, deploying, and scaling applications used by thousands of users.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into polished product experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, and system design. You'll own features end-to-end—from translating Figma designs into polished user experiences to building scalable backend services and optimizing production systems.

• Ability to translate Figma designs into polished product experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, engineering fundamentals, and independent ownership.

Good to Have

• Experience building products from scratch and working with complex codebases.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, LangChain, or LiteLLM.
• Knowledge of Redis, message queues, asynchronous processing, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience optimizing performance, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
