Job summary

Talent Systems is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to build delightful, customer-facing applications for our cloud-based SaaS products. You will work with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, and AWS to deliver scalable experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe, implement tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust releases and excellent user experiences.

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer with a strong focus on building delightful, customer-facing applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, high-quality, and scalable experiences for our cloud-based SaaS applications, leveraging modern technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, and AWS. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the world to deliver features with urgency and excellence, ensuring an exceptional experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly, and high-performing web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use while maintaining consistent UI/UX standards.
• Ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend services.
• Leverage AWS services to build and optimize backend systems.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into exceptional user experiences.
• Deliver high quality delightful features that drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Implement rigorous testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure robust application performance.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for seamless feature releases.

Qualifications

• Required:
• 3+ yrs (L2) or 5+ (L3) years of experience in development for web applications.
• Proficiency with NodeJS for server-side scripting and application integration.
• Experience with performance optimization for responsive and scalable web applications.
• Preferred:
• Exposure to testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams from different cultures and geolocations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
