Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience with hands-on AI exposure.

• ML concepts including regression, classification, NLP.
• Experience with NLP and transformer models.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG and LLM grounding.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to design scalable AI systems.

Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect scalable systems and integrate Agentic AI solutions from concept to production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate real-world business problems into intelligent, autonomous agent-based systems and lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build end-to-end Agentic AI solutions from concept to production
• Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Work with tools and platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain/LangGraph, Google Vertex AI, AutoGen, CrewAI, Python, MCP, etc.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning techniques
• Design and optimize ML/DL models (Regression, Classification, NLP, ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Architect scalable, reliable, and cost-effective AI/ML systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements
• Ensure responsible AI practices (privacy, explainability, monitoring)
• Lead and mentor engineering teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with hands-on exposure to Agentic AI / Generative AI
• Strong frontend skills : React, TypeScript (or similar frameworks)
• Backend expertise : .NET / Node.js / Python (preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
• Strong foundation in ML concepts : regression, classification, feature engineering, model evaluation
• Hands-on experience with NLP and transformer-based models
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, and LLM grounding
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
