Responsibilities

• Design and develop new application modules based on requirements and story points.
• Update existing code and develop new solutions and features across modules.
• Develop and enhance UI solutions using ReactJS per business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and define developer test cases for new and existing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified during development, testing, UAT, and post-release.
• Build and maintain database structures, perform data updates, and support migrations.
• Prepare and maintain developer and database documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

About The Job

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 10–15 years of software development experience, including strong hands‑on expertise in C# .NET and SQL, along with 4–6 years of ReactJS experience. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full‑stack application development, database management, UI development, unit testing, debugging, and code quality. The candidate should also have 2–3 years of experience with GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities and SpecKit or an equivalent solution.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop new application modules based on defined requirements and story points.
• Update existing code and develop new solutions and features across application modules.
• Develop and enhance UI solutions using ReactJS as per business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and define developer test cases for new and existing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified during development, testing, UAT, and post-release.
• Build and maintain database structures, perform data updates, and support database migration or decommissioning activities.
• Perform code cleanup to address errors, hard coding, complexities, and maintainability issues.
• Prepare and maintain developer documentation, database documentation, and solution‑related technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, in‑house software teams, domain teams, and other technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Leverage modern development capabilities including GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities and SpecKit or equivalent solutions to improve development productivity.

What We Seek In You

• 10–15 years of experience in software development with strong hands‑on expertise in C# .NET and SQL.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with ReactJS for developing and enhancing modern user interfaces.
• Strong experience in full‑stack application development, including backend development, frontend development, database management, and application enhancements.
• Strong understanding of C#/.NET, SQL, ReactJS, UI development, and software development practices.
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, bug fixing, code cleanup, and maintaining application quality.
• Experience working with GitHub and modern software development workflows.
• 2–3 years of experience with GitHub Copilot's agentic capabilities and SpecKit or an equivalent solution.
• Strong understanding of database structure, data management, database updates, and migration activities.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem‑solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, domain teams, software teams, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise application development and enhancement projects.
• Experience handling existing application modernization, code cleanup, and feature enhancements.
• Strong experience working in collaborative software development environments.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
