Full Stack Developer - Python & React JS

Join our rapidly scaling B2B SaaS provider specializing in AI-powered people intelligence and workflow automation for enterprise sales and operations teams. Our cloud-native, microservices-based platform delivers mission-critical workflows with real-time data processing and user-centric interfaces. Be part of our dynamic engineering team in Thiruvananthapuram and contribute to driving innovation at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Architect and implement high-performance Python microservices using AIOHTTP and Pydantic to ensure scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Design and optimize MSSQL schemas, stored procedures, and manage Liquibase migrations for robust data integrity.
• Integrate Redis and Kafka for caching and real-time, event-driven data pipelines with low latency.
• Develop responsive React.js components with Material-UI, implement state management, and conduct unit testing using Jest.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications on AWS/Azure with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams through Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and champion continuous delivery best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years in full-stack development with Python (AIOHTTP/Pydantic) and React.js.
• Extensive MSSQL experience including complex stored procedures and Liquibase-driven schema migrations.
• Proven experience deploying and operating microservices on AWS or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong background with Redis caching and Kafka event streaming architectures.
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing with pytest and Jest to ensure code quality.
• Ability to work US-shift hours (2 PM–11 PM IST) for seamless cross-border collaboration.

Preferred Skills
