Job summary

Prodapt in Chennai, India, seeks a software engineer with strong Python (FastAPI) and React skills to design and build web applications. You will work across microservices, micro frontends, and large-scale projects, providing technical leadership and delivering high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Programming languages — Python (FastAPI)
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks — React
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive and modern UI design
• SQL and NoSQL databases — MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Foundational knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
• Foundational knowledge of AWS or Azure services (EC2, S3, Azure Functions)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and document software
• Developing secure and robust, non-vulnerable code

Responsibilities

• Software design and development experience in building Web Applications
• Experience in diverse technology stack including Python (FAST API), Micro-services, React JS and Micro Frontends
• Experience in managing large applications and delivery of multiple projects in the development space by providing technical leadership
• Familiarity with Gen AI Models (OpenAI, Gemini AI, Vertex.AI, Mistral, LlaMa, etc.) and finetune based on domain specific needs
• Identify new process opportunities, while quickly assessing feasibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
