Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. The role requires hands-on experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI code generation tools.The successful candidate will use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, to improve development efficiency while applying appropriate review, testing, security, and quality controls. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering reliable software, responsive user interfaces, scalable services, and maintainable technology solutions.
Software Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js using Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including:
- React Hooks
- State management
- Component architecture
- Responsive and performant user interface development
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Understanding of prompt engineering for coding tasks.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging production issues.
Preferred
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices in production environments.
- Experience with advanced Node.js and React.js application architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing, static analysis, dependency checks, and performance testing.
- Exposure to cloud-based application deployment and monitoring.
- Experience with containerized applications and automated deployment environments.
- Familiarity with responsible AI-assisted development practices, including reviewing generated code for correctness, security, privacy, and maintainability.

Overall Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React.js.
- Apply React Hooks, state management, and component architecture to create maintainable frontend solutions.
- Integrate and effectively utilize AI code generation tools to accelerate development workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for coding tasks and validate AI-generated output through code review, testing, security checks, and functional verification.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other SQL or NoSQL data stores as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, implement, and validate features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices, coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support consistent build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Contribute to improvements in software quality, application performance, development efficiency, and operational reliability.
- Promote sustainable engineering practices through reusable components, efficient processing, appropriate technology use, and reduced rework.
