Job summary

Mobilytics Software (opc) is building a venture intelligence platform that helps investment teams move faster from deal sourcing to portfolio monitoring. The role requires owning the full stack from Postgres to React UI and shipping Phase 1 in collaboration with the founders.

You will work hands-on with Next.js, React, Node/Python, and data infra, with opportunities to grow into a technical lead as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of full-stack experience shipping production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js and at least one backend language (Node or Python).
• Comfortable designing and owning Postgres schemas, API contracts, and background job queues.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with RAG architecture chunking, embedding, vector search, retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from Postgres schema to React UI and work directly with the founders to ship Phase 1.
• This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with significant scope to grow into a technical lead as the team scales.
• Design and own API contracts and background job queues; ensure robust data & API architecture.
• Integrate LLM APIs and work with vector search tools (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) for RAG-based features.

Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

We are building a venture intelligence platform that helps investment teams move faster and smarter from deal sourcing to portfolio monitoring. The product combines a no-code CRM, AI-powered screening and research agents, RAG-based data room tooling, and automated portfolio tracking.

You will own the full stack from Postgres schema to React UI and work directly with the founders to ship Phase 1. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with significant scope to grow into a technical lead position as the team scales.

Tech Stack:

You should be comfortable across all of these:

• Frontend - Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS


• Backend - Node, Python, REST APIs


• Data & Infrastructure - Postgres/ Firebase, Redis, Docker, BullMQ


• AI / LLM Layer - Langchain /LamaIndex, OpenAI/ Claude APIs. pgvector/ Pinecone

What We're Looking For:

• 4-7 years of full-stack experience shipping production web applications


• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js and at least one backend language (Node or Python)


• Comfortable designing and owning Postgres schemas, API contracts, and background job queues


• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)


• Familiarity with RAG architecture chunking, embedding, vector search, retrieval


• Experience with OAuth integrations (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)


• Strong product sense you think about what the user needs, not just what the spec says


• Comfortable working without a team: you can prioritise, make tradeoffs, and ask when stuck


• We're looking for someone who finds that energising, not stressful someone who can zoom out to architecture and zoom in to debug a gnarly Python async issue in the same afternoon.

Additional skills Nice to Have:

• Prior work on agentic or multi-step LLM pipelines.


• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture.


• Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector for production vector search.
