Job summary

Welatino Traveltech LLP is looking for a Front End and Back End Engineer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver feature-rich software in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes solving complex technical challenges, writing clean code, and contributing to architectural decisions, across both frontend and backend stacks using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across both frontend and backend development, building high-performance, secure, and scalable applications or website. You'll collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain feature-rich web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), or Bootstrap.
• Develop secure and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party APIs, and authentication systems using JWT and OAuth.
• Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring efficient database design and query optimization.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and leverage the Next.js App Router for optimized application performance.
• Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and software architecture planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer and Web development.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, API integration, and backend development.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of frontend development, responsive web design, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deployment best practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Microservices, WebSockets, or Redis is an added advantage.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills with a strong focus on delivering quality software.
