Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into fully functional frontend components, incorporating best practices for user interface design and accessibility.
• Implement backend functionalities and APIs using .NET and Python, leveraging frameworks such as ASP.NET and Django to build robust and scalable server-side solutions.
• Integrate frontend and backend components to create cohesive web applications, utilizing RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns to enable data exchange and interaction between client and server.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality, readability, and reusability.
• Conduct thorough testing of frontend and backend functionalities, including unit tests, integration tests and end-to-end tests, to identify and resolve issues and ensure the reliability and stability of the software.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through code refactoring, performance tuning, and caching strategies, addressing bottlenecks and improving overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance testers, to define requirements, plan project milestones, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of our applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) working as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in frontend and backend development using React, JavaScript, Bootstrap, .NET, and Python.
• Proficiency in building responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong understanding of modern web development principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, Material-UI, or Semantic UI, and proficiency in designing and implementing UI components and layouts.
• Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies such as .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and Python (Django, Flask), including RESTful API development and database integration.
• Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies, including version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuous learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and enhancing technical skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
