Black Turtle in Mumbai, India is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to join the Digital Centre of Excellence (DEC). The role focuses on building a new GIT platform within the captive CASPL, delivering reusable components and business solutions for an investment bank.

You will work across geographies with IT and non-IT teams, contributing to digital transformation and high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• A total of 10 years in IT industry with a minimum of 7 years working experience, in .Net.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .Net software solutions to answer to users' needs
• Deliver high quality fully tested code according to specifications
• Maintain a high standard of delivery quality
• Interact with business analysts in order to provide business focused solutions
• Interact with architects to ensure good design and code quality
• Elaborate Project Documentations (Design documents, technical specifications, Deployment guide, Release notes, etc.)
• Follow the user acceptance test and coordinate the prioritization with project manager
• Apply configuration management plan
• Diagnose & resolve application/configuration/code level technical issues
• Support applications in production - analyse and resolve code technical issues as they arise

Summary

A new GIT platform will be created in our existing Captive in India (CASPL) and it will operate some activities of Digital Centre of Excellence (DEC)

Digital Centre of Excellence (DEC) manages a transverse offer of digital products and delivers IT services through its centers of excellence.

Activities encompasses development of reusable components (building blocks), development and maintenance of business solutions that leverage on multiple expertise.

It requires professionals having technical competencies and noticeable experience on critical services in the context of an investment bank.

Working in DEC requires ability to extensively collaborate across geographies with other IT professionals and non-IT functions as well as a strong motivation on supporting the digital transformation of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop .Net software solutions to answer to users' needs
• Deliver high quality fully tested code according to specifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with .Net Framework / .NET CORE technology stack.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks JQuery, React.js.
• Experience with databases, data modelling, T-SQL, stored procedures
• Experience and knowledge of SDLC or Agile development framework and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, Kubernetes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• A pragmatic approach to delivering modular and scalable code.
• Proven experience in creating responsive web sites using Bootstrap framework
• Strong understanding of UIX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Familiarity with design and development of REST APIs
• Good working experience in IIS, Enterprise Library, SQL Server
• Proficient knowledge in database design and writing T-SQL Stored Procedures.

• Knowledge in Visual Studio .NET, in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices and tooling using AzureDevOps, Git-lab.
