Level‑Specific Responsibilities

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Level‑Specific Responsibilities

Consultant (3–6 Years Experience)

• Take ownership of modules/components within projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document them.
• Contribute significantly to design sessions and promote best practices.
• Mentor analysts and review their work.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and cloud services (as needed).

Senior Consultant (6–10 Years Experience)

• Lead the development and architecture of complex applications or features.
• Make key technical decisions, select frameworks, and recommend stack improvements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery and ensure quality/compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster skill development.

Technical Skills:

Python, SQL, AI/Generative AI (Claude/GPT), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM, Vector Databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, ReactJS, Node.js, Express.js.

Note: "Hands‑on experience deploying LLM‑based features to production, not limited to prototyping or experimentation."

Nice to have:

MongoDB, Pandas, Snowflake, AI coding‑assist tool experience (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

Education:
