Job summary

Solventum in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. You will work across frontend and backend, collaborating with analysts, product owners and DevOps to deliver business solutions.

The role emphasizes modern JavaScript and Java/Spring Boot, Oracle databases, RESTful services, and cloud/container expertise. A strong teammate who communicates well and thrives in Agile teams will fit well.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack application development experience.
• Front-end experience with Angular; Back-end experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Databases experience with Oracle; RESTful APIs and microservices experience.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop scalable back-end services, business logic, and database integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Ensure application security, reliability, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automated testing.
• Experience integrating with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
