About the Internship

This is a 3-month remote internship where you’ll work on real client projects using React, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. You’ll get hands‑on experience building and shipping features for live, production‑grade applications used by actual businesses — with strong use of AI tools throughout your workflow. The schedule is fully flexible, suitable for students or fresh graduates managing academic commitments alongside work.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and improve frontend features using React and Next.js
• Work on backend APIs and logic using Node.js and Express
• Work with MongoDB — schemas, queries, and data modeling
• Work on small development tasks across client projects under senior guidance
• Help create, update, and maintain application modules
• Write clean, readable, well‑structured code
• Work with forms, validations, and user flows
• Help debug issues and test features before delivery
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Cursor) for research, debugging, documentation, and faster development
• Communicate clearly with the team when stuck or when something needs clarification

Requirements

• Hands‑on familiarity with React — components, hooks, props, state
• Basic Next.js knowledge — routing, pages/app directory, SSR basics
• Working knowledge of Node.js and Express — routes, middleware, APIs
• Basic MongoDB knowledge — CRUD operations, schema design
• Ability to read and understand existing code before modifying it
• Basic Git usage — commits, branches, pull requests
• Ability to communicate clearly when stuck or unsure

Good to Have

• Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
• Exposure to TypeScript
• Any prior work on a real or personal project, at any scale
