Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Full Stack Developer-Associate to design, develop, and maintain full stack applications on CCaaS platforms, with exposure to AWS, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.

You will learn while contributing to client engagements, building scalable backend services in Python and Node.js, and collaborating with product managers, solution architects, and QA to deliver features on time and with quality.

As a Full Stack Developer-Associate, you will engage in business application consulting, specializing in consulting services for a variety of business applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that values adaptability, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications (front-end UI + back-end services/APIs) supporting CCaaS platforms.
• Exposure to IVR call flows, ACD routing logic, and omnichannel (voice, chat, email, social) journeys on the chosen CCaaS platform.
• Analyze system performance and proactively optimize CCaaS platforms and integrations for scalability and reliability
• Integrate CCaaS platforms with CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow), quality monitoring, WFM/WFO, and reporting/analytics systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event streams.
• Deploy and configure application workloads on AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM under senior guidance.
• Monitor application health using CloudWatch and raise issues to seniors when thresholds are breached.
• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and/or Go.
• Build responsive UI components and features using Angular as per design specifications.
• Design and query Dynamo DB collections; write efficient CRUD operations and basic aggregation pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and address review comments in a timely manner.
• Write and execute unit, integration, and test cases for features you build.
• Participate in sprint-level QA activities including regression testing before releases.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code following secure coding
• Troubleshoot production issues including call quality, latency, routing failures, and integration errors.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, QA, and client stakeholders to deliver features on schedule.
• Implement serverless functions and integration logic supporting real-time data lookups and transaction handling within call and chat flows
• Configure and support digital channels including chat, email, messaging, and social, ensuring consistent omni-channel experiences
• Participate in architectural discussions, solution design reviews, and best practice implementations
• Manage defects through triage, root cause analysis, and resolution within agreed quality standards

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue)

• Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or similar server-side language
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch); Bedrock exposure a plus
• API design/integration: REST, JSON, GraphQL, WebSocket’s
• Proficiency in software development using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages
• Strong experience in REST API integration, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services
• Version control (Git)
• Strong exposure in CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Five9
• Solid grounding in solution design and defect management practices
