You will design scalable frontend apps with React.js, build robust Python/FastAPI services, and integrate APIs, databases, and distributed systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for production-ready software.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on Python and FastAPI experience.
• Strong React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS skills.
• Solid REST APIs and microservices knowledge.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Containerisation with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Build robust backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, databases, async workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery/RabbitMQ and other infra.
• Containerise apps using Docker and maintain production images.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, security scanning and deployment.
• Deploy and manage apps on AWS/GCP/AZURE cloud environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, health checks, and observability.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Platform/DevOps, Product, QA teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and evolve our Agentic AI Platform. You
will work across the application stack—from frontend and backend development to containerisation, CI/CD and cloud
deployment.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who can build features end-to-end and take them through build,
deployment and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, database services, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery/RabbitMQ and other application infrastructure.
• Containerise applications using Docker and maintain production-ready container images.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, security scanning and deployment.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP/AZURE cloud environments.
• Implement application logging, monitoring, health checks, and basic observability.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and production issues across the technology stack.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Platform/DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerisation.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Good understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience working with AWS/GCP/AZURE cloud platform.
• Exposure to Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ/Kafka or similar distributed systems technologies.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, and production support.

Must-have: Client Exposure and Leadership

• Client exposure: Low-moderate; joins technical sessions.
• Leadership & management: None formal.

Good to Have

• Experience building AI/GenAI applications, LLM integrations, RAG, or AI Agents.
• Experience with Kubernetes/ECS and cloud-native application deployment.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
• Experience working in SaaS/PaaS or multi-tenant platforms.
