About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help build and scale the infrastructure behind our client's AI-powered voice assistant platform. You'll collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team to design robust systems, fine-tune AI models, and help bring our client's vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend infrastructure to support real-time voice-based AI interactions.
• Build event-driven workflows using AWS Lambda and message queue-based architectures.
• Help customize and train LLMs and integrate them into production systems.
• Work with ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies.
• Contribute to simple frontend layers for internal tools and demos.
• Collaborate on performance tuning, audio pipeline reliability, and system monitoring.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong development experience with Python and Java
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, serverless compute, and cloud-native design
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., SQS, Kafka)
• Experience with DynamoDB or other NoSQL solutions
• Understanding of LLMs, ASR, and TTS systems
• Willingness to work across the stack and assist with basic frontend development
