Jobgether is seeking a Full Stack Developer – AI based in India to join a partner-led team. You will work on GenAI applications, integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering, while delivering production-ready software and scalable cloud deployments.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, support and platform teams, handle production issues, and drive continuous improvement through robust DevOps practices. This is a 12-month contract with remote work options nationwide.

• Strong experience in full stack software development, frontend and backend engineering.

Join a technology-driven team focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing production-ready Generative AI applications. In this role, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from enhancing frontend experiences and backend services to integrating advanced AI capabilities. You will work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will help troubleshoot complex production issues, improve application performance, and strengthen platform stability. Collaborating with engineering, support, and cloud infrastructure teams, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This 12-month contract offers an opportunity to work with modern AI technologies and cloud-native development practices in a dynamic engineering environment.

Accountabilities

• Full Stack Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and microservices to support production GenAI solutions.
• Generative AI Integration: Implement and support AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and related technologies.
• Production Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex application and platform issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring incidents.
• Performance Optimization: Improve application responsiveness, scalability, reliability, and overall performance across production environments.
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Support application deployment and operations on Azure and/or AWS, applying best practices for cloud environments, containerization, and infrastructure management.
• CI/CD and DevOps: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools and practices involving Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment workflows.
• Data Management: Develop and maintain database integrations, data ingestion processes, and supporting infrastructure for SQL, NoSQL, and vector database technologies.
• AI Reliability and Quality: Monitor and address GenAI reliability challenges, including hallucinations, model drift, bias, and other factors affecting application quality and user trust.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, support, and platform teams to resolve incidents, deliver application enhancements, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Full Stack Development: Strong experience in full stack software development, including frontend and backend application engineering.

Benefits
