Job summary

Enlighten Hacks - Community for Growth invites a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering team in Vadodara, Gujarat. You will work across the full stack—designing APIs, implementing backend logic, and building responsive React interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, strong Python and React skills, and hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL), and CI/CD workflows. On-site role with collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or a similar Python API framework.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ORM tools, database schemas, and migrations.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and background processing.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and RBAC.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding of error handling, logging, debugging, and performance optimization.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, and React to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle — from designing APIs and implementing backend business logic to developing responsive React interfaces and deploying reliable, production-ready features. You will work closely with the engineering team to build scalable products, integrate third-party services, improve application performance, and contribute to technical planning and code quality.
