Job summary

UST is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience in Node.js and React to lead architecture, design, and development of modern web apps. You will work on complex legacy codebases, deliver high-quality solutions under aggressive timelines, and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.

You will optimize performance, drive best practices for CI/CD and DevOps, mentor engineers, and help shape technical roadmaps while adhering to SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience with XML data structures.
• RESTful APIs, Oracle/RDBMS, and microservices architecture.
• Front-end performance optimization and responsive design; proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with testing frameworks like React Testing Library.
• Serverless architectures and Kubernetes knowledge.

Summary

UST is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of professional software development experience, specializing in Node.js and React. The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications while providing technical leadership to engineering teams. This role requires the ability to work independently on complex legacy JavaScript codebases, quickly understand existing systems, and deliver high-quality solutions within aggressive timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
• Expertise in JavaScript, including deep understanding of complex, large-scale JavaScript codebases.
• Experience working with XML data structures.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle/RDBMS, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles. Proficiency with modern development tools and practices, including Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Exposure to database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library.
• Experience with serverless architectures and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
