• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with database schema design and query optimisation.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth and RBAC.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
