Caprae Capital Partners is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain the technology layer powering our deal sourcing and AI-driven research engine. You will work across backend and frontend, develop features, and ensure reliable deployments on Ubuntu servers.

You will contribute to AI/ML workflows, ship solutions rapidly, and resolve issues as Caprae scales its M&A and ETA platform, collaborating across teams and systems.

Today, Caprae is one of the fastest-scaling platforms in the lower-middle-market M&A and ETA ecosystem, combining an international research engine, a full-stack deal sourcing arm, and a rapidly expanding tech layer.

YTD, Caprae's services divisions have completed $50M worth of transaction value and are expected to exceed $150M in Q1 & Q2 of 2026 after launching in January of 2025. We're looking to take PE to the next level.

Role Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining the technology layer that powers Caprae Capital's deal sourcing and AI-driven research engine. This includes developing and improving features across full-stack applications, contributing to AI/ML development workflows, and working seamlessly across backend and frontend systems. The role will also involve managing deployments on Ubuntu servers, maintaining already-deployed services, and moving quickly to ship solutions and resolve issues as they arise, supporting Caprae's rapidly scaling tech infrastructure across its M&A and ETA platform.
