What you will be doing?

This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded. Core Knowledge & Skills

• Works across multiple languages and platforms, designs and implements architectural decisions, applies design patterns, cloud‑native services, Iaas/PaaS/SaaS basics, and secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top10).
• Performs complex tasks under limited guidance, integrates and troubleshoots distributed or cloud services, and optimizes performance and scalability.
• Sets a high bar for code quality, multitasks effectively, owns and corrects errors quickly, and drives continuous improvement.
• Leads code reviews, mentors teammates, and translates technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Works directly with clients without oversight, writes technical RFP content when needed, nurtures client relationships, and manages routine client concerns.

Project Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full‑Stack .NET Developer with strong expertise in backend integration, C#, .NETCore, and React for frontend development. This role requires a solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and proficiency in microservices and containerized environments. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in developing APIs, integrating with Azure Data Factory, managing databases, and working in a CI/CD environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, multi‑tiered business applications.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects on designing secure, extensible, and efficient software solutions.
• Develop new APIs and update existing C# APIs to support backend integration.
• Implement and manage data synchronization processes using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and SQL.
• Create and manage unit and automated tests, ensuring test coverage and stability.
• Actively participate in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and monitor applications, especially within containerized and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) environments.
• Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required For This Opportunity

• Additional Tech Knowledge: Python, Node.js, Dynatrace, and Hasura for package management.

Compensation
