Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack to design, develop, and deploy web applications.

Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of web applications. Your expertise will encompass both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:

• Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js.
• Implement and maintain user interactions, animations, and front-end logic.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

2.Back-End Development:

• Design and develop APIs using Express.js and Node.js to enable seamless data flow between front-end and back-end.
• Build and manage the database using MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
• Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms. Develop server-side logic for business processes and application functionalities.

3.Full Stack Development:

• Integrate front-end and back-end components to create cohesive and functional applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, issues, and bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end code.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Continuously optimize application performance and user experience.

4.Deployment and DevOps:

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) using industry best practices.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, security, and scalability.

5.Code Quality and Documentation:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Document technical specifications, architectural decisions, and development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
• Strong knowledge of server-side programming using Node.js and Express.js. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with deployment and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
• Portfolio of previous projects demonstrating your technical skills and creativity is a plus.
