Jobaaj Com is seeking a MERN Stack Developer for a remote role open to candidates based in Pune. You will build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

You will design and implement RESTful APIs, create responsive UI, integrate third-party services, and collaborate with product teams while writing clean, scalable code. 0–2 years' experience and a related degree are desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0 to 2 years of MERN stack or full-stack development experience (internships and projects count).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3).
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Mongoose.

We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer on behalf of our client. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Pune. You will build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.js
• Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB (schemas, queries, indexing)
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams through online tools
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in MERN stack or full-stack development (internships and projects count)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands‑on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API)
• Good understanding of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Stable internet connection and own laptop
