Intelligrow Bancsoft is seeking a backend engineer to evolve core lending workflows for NBFCs and MFIs, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to audited releases alongside product and QA.

Design and build reliable lending domain services; participate in code reviews and production troubleshooting; work with Postgres/MySQL-backed APIs consumed by LOS and LMS modules. Strong Java or similar stack, solid SQL, and clear written communication across distributed teams are required.
