Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and React to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both back‑end technologies and front‑end with hands‑on experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and CI/CD tools.

What You’ll Do

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11/17) and Spring Boot framework.
• Solid experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in building REST APIs and integrating front‑end with back‑end services.
• Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Azure SQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure AD).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Docker/containerization and Git‑based workflows.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills.

What You Bring

Must‑Have

• 4-7 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure applications using Java and React.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate front‑end components with back‑end services.
• Develop reusable UI components and ensure responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Work closely with architects, QA, and product teams to define and refine requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage application deployments to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and design discussions.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with microservices architecture and event‑driven systems.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Test automation frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito.
