Job summary

Millennium is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our Bengaluru technology team. The role focuses on architecting and delivering end-to-end software across UI, backend, and data layers, aligning with business goals and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable systems, while maintaining robust APIs, services, and data integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software development in enterprise environments.
• Strong backend engineering experience in Java, Python, or C#/.NET Core.
• Proven experience building modern UI applications with Angular or React.
• Strong experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed services.
• Deep relational database expertise: SQL Server and PostgreSQL; strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, software architecture, and maintainable design.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and support full-stack applications and platform components powering critical processes across the firm.
• Partner with business analysts, product management, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and enhance UI, backend services, APIs, and reporting solutions across the stack.
• Design and deliver responsive, performant web experiences using modern UI technologies and good UX practices.
• Build and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Apply engineering discipline with maintainable design patterns, testing, and SDLC adherence.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications while driving continuous improvements across the stack.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and support full-stack applications and platform components that power critical business processes across the firm.
• Partner with business analysts, product management, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance application components across the stack, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and reporting solutions.
• Design and deliver responsive, performant, and intuitive web experiences using modern UI technologies and sound UX practices.
• Build and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs with enterprise systems and data sources to enable seamless connectivity.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Apply strong engineering discipline through maintainable design patterns, unit testing, mock-based testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing applications while contributing to continuous improvements across the application stack, architecture, and development practices.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong backend engineering experience in Java or Python or C#/.NET Core, with the flexibility to work effectively in language-diverse teams.
• Proven experience building modern UI applications with Angular, React, or comparable JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed application services.
• Deep relational database expertise, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with strong SQL and stored procedure development skills.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, software architecture, and maintainable application design.
• Experience working with modern engineering tools and practices, including GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Agile delivery, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
