Job summary

Sosuv seeks exceptional Full Stack Developers in Bengaluru to build trading and risk management software for the fintech sector. You will work with senior developers and product managers to design, implement and deploy high-performance code for real-time environments.

Candidates should have a CS degree from premier institutes and hands-on AI/LLM experience using LangGraph and LangChain, plus expertise in document extraction, OCR, embeddings, and RAG. Financial markets knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from premier institutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks LangGraph and LangChain for workflow orchestration and agentic systems.
• Expertise in document extraction and understanding: parsing PDFs, Word, Excel; OCR pipelines; embeddings; and RAG methodologies.
• Proven ability in complex problem-solving, research and rapid prototyping for AI capabilities.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and trading platforms/APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management.
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol and market data feeds is a plus; strong math/stats skills.
• Good ratings on competitive coding platforms (Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
