Sosuv is seeking exceptional Full Stack Developers for its India-focused fintech initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing trading and risk management software, writing high-performance code, and contributing across the full SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a CS-related degree from premier institutes and hands-on AI/LLM tooling experience, plus familiarity with document processing, OCR, embeddings and RAG. Knowledge of trading APIs is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field from premier institute (IIT/IIIT/NIT).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks, LangGraph and LangChain for workflow orchestration and conversational/agentic systems.
• Expertise in document extraction and understanding, including parsing heterogeneous file types, OCR, embeddings and RAG.
• Proven ability in complex problem-solving, research and rapid prototyping for AI capabilities.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts; experience with trading platforms and APIs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers and product managers to design and implement trading and risk management software solutions.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution like IITs/IIITs/NITs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks, especially LangGraph and LangChain, for workflow orchestration and conversational/agentic systems.
• Expertise in document extraction and understanding, including parsing heterogeneous file types (PDF, Word, Excel), OCR pipelines, embeddings, and RAG methodologies.
• Proven ability in complex problem-solving, research, and rapid prototyping for emerging AI capabilities.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithms would be a plus. Experience with trading platforms and APIs would be a plus.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management.
• Familiarity with order execution systems, FIX Protocol and market data feeds would be a plus. Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
• Good rating on competitive coding platforms such as Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef etc.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
