Job summary

NetApp is seeking a senior engineer to lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale AI & LLM solutions, as well as custom full-stack applications, enabling innovation, automation, and enhanced business outcomes across HR, Legal, and Finance functions.

Lead development of enterprise-scale AI/LLM projects and cross-functional apps, communicate milestones to stakeholders, and proactively resolve risks with practical solutions while leveraging modern tech and cloud

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-scale AI/LLM solutions and full-stack applications.
• Proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with integration, APIs, and security considerations in HR/Finance domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI/LLM solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms.
• Lead development of custom HR and Legal applications with modern full-stack tech, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Communicate objectives, milestones, and business outcomes to senior management with clarity.

Job Summary

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale AI &LLM solutions, as well as custom full-stack applications, enabling innovation, automation, and enhanced business outcomes across HR, Legal, and Finance functions.

Job Requirements

• Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions integrated with HR, Finance, and ticketing/DevOps platforms to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of custom applications across HR and Legal domains using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business alignment.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, key deliverables, milestones, achievements, and business outcomes to senior management and stakeholders through clear and structured updates.
  • Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and recommending practical, business-focused solutions.

• Required Skills

  • Full Stack development:
    • Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Back-End Technologies: Knowledge of server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js, and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    • DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • AI & LLM experience:
      • Strong experience withGenerative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
      • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID
      • Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.)
      • Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking and retrieval workflows & optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality and hallucination detection.
      • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming
      • Strong programming skills in Python, javascript and REST APIs
      • Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n/Co-pilot studio/abacus.
  • Domain Experience:
    • Working knowledge of HR & Finance business scenariospreferably in SAP Successfactors & Oracle ERP cloud
    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs & integrations tools like SAP CPI/Oracle OIC is a plus

Education

B.E/B.Tech or Masters preferably in Computer Science & typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
